Module Setup Guides
The Bynder DAM Connector for SitecoreAI has multiple integration points for installing the module, but only the Custom Field Integration provides actual Bynder DAM functionality. The other integration types (Fullscreen App and Page Context Panel) are currently only available for module installation and configuration, but can be extended in the future.
Installing the Bynder DAM Connector for SitecoreAI
Begin by installing the Bynder DAM Connector app from the SitecoreAI Marketplace.
Custom Field Integration
Add the Bynder asset selector as a custom field in your Sitecore content items. This integration appears in the right-side properties panel when editing content.
Fullscreen App Integration
Access the module setup and installation interface from the SitecoreAI Portal. This integration point is used for configuring the Bynder DAM Connector module settings.
Page Context Panel Integration
Access the module setup and installation interface from the page context panel while editing pages. This integration point provides an alternative way to configure the Bynder DAM Connector module.
Content Editor Results
After installation, verify that the Bynder DAM templates and settings item have been created in Sitecore Content Editor.
